Dr. Nirmala Narayanan is a seasoned educator, psychologist, and corporate trainer with over 17 years of experience in higher education and corporate training. As the former Head of the Department of Psychology at Sri Kanyaka Parameswari College for Women, Chennai, she has taught and mentored thousands of students and professionals in both academic and corporate settings. With a Ph.D. in Sports Psychology and certifications in soft skills and laughter therapy, Dr. Nirmala has conducted numerous motivational and skill-building workshops for students, teachers, and corporate teams.

 

Her expertise spans soft skills training, psychological skills development, and addressing sensitive issues like "Good Touch, Bad Touch" for children. She has successfully delivered training programs for renowned organizations, including Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Schwing Stetter, and Delphi TVS, empowering individuals to improve their mental well-being and performance.
