Be a 21st Century Leader-Manager
Mastering 7 CORE skills in 3 P's
(People, Processes and Production).
The quality of your leadership is shaped by the quality of your thinking.
Managers today are expected to make decisions faster, navigate uncertainty, resolve conflicts, solve complex problems and keep teams moving forward — often with incomplete information and competing perspectives.
But traditional, reactive thinking can create predictable decisions, prolonged debates and familiar solutions to unfamiliar problems. This intensive masterclass is designed to change that.
Through Six Thinking Hats, participants will develop seven essential cognitive and leadership skills for structured problem-solving, lateral thinking, design thinking, and effective decision-making.
SEVEN SKILLS. ONE LEADERSHIP ADVANTAGE.
The 21st-century manager-leader needs more than technical expertise.
They need the ability to shift perspectives deliberately.

ONE PROBLEM. SIX PERSPECTIVES. BETTER DECISIONS.
Introducing the Six Thinking Hats Framework
What happens when everyone in a meeting argues from a different perspective?
The loudest voice can dominate. Emotions can overpower facts. Risks may be ignored. Creative possibilities may never surface.
Six Thinking Hats changes the conversation.
Instead of everyone thinking differently at the same time, teams deliberately focus on one mode of thinking at a time — allowing facts, emotions, risks, opportunities, creativity and process to be explored separately.
WHITE HAT
- Facts, Data & Information
- What do we know? What information do we have? What information is missing?
RED HAT
- Emotions & Intuition
- What are we feeling? What does our intuition tell us?
BLACK HAT
- Caution, Risk & Critical Evaluation
- What could go wrong? What are the obstacles, vulnerabilities and risks?
YELLOW HAT
- Optimism, Benefits & Value
- What could work? What value or opportunity can we uncover?
GREEN HAT
- Creativity & Alternatives
- What else is possible? What new ideas or alternatives can we create?
BLUE HAT
- Process, Direction & Big Picture
- How should we think about this? What is the sequence? What conclusions and actions emerge?

FROM ARGUMENT TO PARALLEL THINKING
Stop debating from opposite corners. Start thinking in the same direction.
The masterclass explores the limitations of traditional, adversarial thinking and introduces parallel thinking as a more productive approach to collective problem-solving and decision-making.
Participants learn how to deliberately sequence different modes of thinking to:
- Structure complex discussions
- Reduce unproductive argument
- Surface perspectives that may otherwise remain hidden
- Separate emotion from analysis
- Explore risks without killing ideas
- Generate alternatives before settling on solutions
- Drive discussions towards actionable conclusions
