POSH Training

Building Respectful, Safe and Inclusive Workplaces

The Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Act, 2013 provides the legal framework for preventing and addressing sexual harassment at the workplace.
Creating a safe and inclusive workplace requires much more than just compliance. It requires awareness, accountability, empathy, respect and a shared commitment from every individual within the organisation.

OVERVIEW

The modern workplace is evolving rapidly. Diverse teams, changing workforce expectations, digital communication, social media interactions and increased awareness of employee rights have made workplace respect more important than ever before.

The proposed highly interactive workshop is designed to help participants understand both the spirit and the requirements of the POSH Act while exploring workplace behaviour, gender sensitisation, unconscious bias, professional boundaries, workplace culture and individual responsibility.

Through self-reflection, discussions, videos, workplace scenarios, group activities and practical case studies, participants will gain insights that can be applied immediately in their professional environments.

The workshop focuses on Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal while encouraging participants to build workplaces where dignity, respect, inclusion and safety are everyday practices.
